How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:

- North America: 7–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to customers all over the world.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package in real time.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging that has not been opend. Contact us before sending anything back.

How do I request a refund?
Reach out to us via our Contact page and we'll guide you through the process. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

What if my item arrived damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Contact us immediately with a photo and a video of the damage and we'll make it right.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in processing.

I haven't received my order confirmation — what should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend it.
